点评：I manage a small business and we're always looking for a great place to order breakfast and lunch food that's reasonably priced. We saw Ruby's online and called in our first order. I asked if she could make a double decker BLT with extra bacon. This adds 1 more piece of toast to the sandwich. When I showed up to pick up my order, I was shocked that I had spent $33 on 2 BLT's, 2 biscuits and gravy and 2 eggs. When I asked her why it was $33, she said she not only charged me for 2 BLT's but also $2.50 for extra bacon. That makes my BLT $14.50!! If she's charging me for 2 BLT's just to add a 3rd piece of toast and extra bacon, then she shouldn't need to charge me for extra bacon; it should be included in the price of the 2nd sandwich. Either way, I could have ordered a steak for that price! I'm extremely disappointed in Ruby's and will not be back again. I don't mind spending top dollar on my meals, but I expect to be charged fairly and the quality of food to match the price.
