点评:Full disclosure: I am a bbq snob. I like my smoked meats to have a smokey taste and have a certain texture, which depends on the particular meat. I had the half rack ribs item. The portion was HUGE — I could only eat half of it. Ribs should be tender and juicy (which these were, but they also had huge globs of fat on them) but you should be able to pick up a bone and eat a rib. (Ribs aren’t “a roast”). These ribs were overly cooked so that the bones fell out of the meat. They did not have a smokey taste at all; nor could I discern that they were spice rubbed before cooking. The smaller ribs were well-burned (charred) from being on the grill — either too hot or too long. The (red) bbq sauce that came with the meat was meh. I found out later that they have a gold sauce and a white sauce. The gold was better than the red. My wife had the salmon, which had a distinctly fishy taste. She didn’t like it. Our server — and the service — was great. I don’t think I’ll want to come back.
