点评：Wow! We booked well in advance, so we had plenty of time to check out the menu. Our high expectations were shattered, as it was even better than hoped.
Server Mitch was perfect- patient, helpful, and serenely upbeat throughout.
Let’s get to it-
Salmon Carpaccio- acid of the light ponzu balances the buttery salmon, with a touch of wasabi.
Hamachi Crudo- unexpected on-the-house plate. Fresh and bright.
Lobster Bao- we spend a fair bit of time in Maine, so we were shocked this one of our favorites. Touch of lime kicks it up a notch. So good.
Tuna Crispy Rice- will you see this going to every table in the house? Yes, for good reason. We wanted the spicy tuna and aioli to be spicier, but zero complaints. Get this.
Crab Fried Rice- better than where you’ve gotten it before. My husband destroyed this bowl of deliciousness.
Shishito Peppers- unique presentation with crème fraiche and freshly grated Parmesan.
Beautiful space, outstanding service, and for less than we expected. We’ll be back!
