Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar的点评
点评：I’m kind of a steak snob. I went to Flemings in Vegas recently and it was just okay. So I was hesitant to return. However, I went tonight in Nashville and it was fantastic.
Started with the wedge salad which was large and delicious. For my main I had the bone in rib-eye medium rare with Diablo shrimp. The shrimp were small (not *anything* like the pics online) but they were delicious and the kick of the Diablo sauce was formidable, yet pleasing. The steak was cooked perfectly and I ate every bite. It was all I could do to not pick up the bone and finish it off like a caveman. My buddy had the off menu bone in strip which was huge at almost 30 ounces. It was a monster and paired with some sautéed mushrooms was delish according to him.
They were not very busy, but our server Mario was friendly and handled his job with aplomb.
A return to Flemings will definitely be in the cards!
