点评：Our gang meets regularly at Panera for coffee and breakfast. Panera Dark Roast is fresh, and 100% Arabica. Also offers light roast and Hazelnut flavored. This location serves so much coffee that it has a hard time keeping up despite self-serve. I am a fan of the self-serve feature lacking in other Panera locations.
This is a most popular location, and seems unaffected by coffee nearby including Starbucks.
This past year joined the “Unlimited Sip Club” with an annual subscription...keeps me coming back several times a week.
Breakfast sandwiches are always tasty.
Friendly service, and manager Laura runs the place well.
While I don’t use it, Order Ahead/Rapid Pick-up is a popular order option especially with young people.
Outdoor seating in-season.
The reason for my updated review is my gripes have grown over time:
* Kiosk malfunction has not been fixed, and won’t accept Panera Gift Cards. Staff is aware of the problem, yet the problem persists.
* Need a better system to track when coffee urns are empty, and customers back up waiting for a fresh urn.
* Finally, this location needs a deep clean, or better yet a shutdown and a remodel. The carpet is filthy, and is unsuitable in a high-traffic store.
