点评：Our gang of four enjoyed our return to Memo’s Mexican Kitchen (MMK) Restaurant. Service by the co-owners Guillermo Murillo (Memo) in the kitchen and wife Katie taking care of our table.
Warm and friendly service. Food is authentic and fresh. And delightfully presented.
Our gang enjoyed appetizers of made-to-order Guacamole Authentico for two and Street Corn. Don’t miss the Guacamole.
Entrees were Isabel's Carnitas (slow-cooked pulled pork) with and without Salsa Verde, Enmoladas (pulled chicken enchilada), and Huevos con Chorizo. Washed down with Mexican Coke and draught brewski of Dos Equis Dark. Modelo draught also offered. Would order every item again.
My single gripe would like to see wider choice of authentic margaritas made with 100% Agave Tequila, Cointreau, and fresh lime juice.
Kinda hidden in The Valley Center Strip Mall. Private parking lot
