点评：Until our last visit this Red Lobster had always been our favorite location. After waiting over 10 minutes for a server I went to the hostess stand where a manager was standing and asked if we had a server at our table. She apologized saying she would have someone right over. After another five minutes a server appeared. We placed drink orders and asked for bread since we were now 15 minutes past our planned dinner time. She left and in 5 more minutes another employee came with our drinks, one of which was not the correct order. There was no bread. After 5 more minutes the server returned, and I explained one of the drinks was not correct and we would like some bread. She continued with her fake pasted on smile and asked what we had ordered to drink. She was about to leave when I said we would like to go ahead and order our meal since we had already waited a long time. The item we both ordered was sold out. I was very polite but stated we had waited a very long time to get drinks, one of which as not correct, still had not received our bread we requested and now the entre' we came for was sold out. Continuing with the fake smile she stated, "Perhaps you would like to eat somewhere else". I told her she was correct that going anywhere away from her service would be an upgrade. This location was so busy in the past you had to wait for a table any time of day. For the past year you can walk in and be seated almost anytime. Their service and management in general is the reason for this decline without any doubt. We went to Cheddars and had a great meal with fantastic service. Save yourself some aggravation and start at Cheddars.
