点评：This was such a disappointment to be honest. A Mother’s Day meal gone wrong.
Service was poor at the start particularly, 15 minutes to get our drinks order taken while we waited at a damp and not really clean table. The tables around us were a disaster with food not cleaned up after the party had left and the floor around it no better. It gave the appearance that the staff didn’t care or had low standards.
My single beer order didn’t arrive until 4:39, so probably 20 minutes after I ordered it! When the starter arrived it was the wrong one and our order had to be cooked again and was delayed arriving so all our food came at once, No chance to have a starter before our main order.
There was no milk for our toddler and no apple juice either, so not sure they want kids at the venue at all.
We had to ask three times for silverware, so all in all it was just a comedy really. There was plenty of staff, mainly very young girls all ‘looking busy’ but not being that productive from what I could see. I suspect there was a complete lack of management on duty, who knows, but we will not be back.
We had the cost of our starter taken off our bill which was appreciated.
It’s a shame as this venue used to be a ‘go to’ in our local area.
