Creswick Regional Park的点评
点评：My wife and I visited various parts of Creswick Regional Park during our recent holiday in Creswick where we stayed for two nights at the RACV Resort in Creswick.
We enjoyed walking along the full circuit of St Georges lake, La Gerche Gully circuit walk and Landcare Trail. Good physical exercise in fresh air and sunshine with fantastic scenery of autumn leaves.
Creswick is renowned as the home of forestry. The University of Melbourne’s School of Forestry is based in Creswick. The La Gerche Gully Circuit Walk takes us on a journey through time. Sawpit Gully reveals the story of John La Gerche, Creswick's first forester and one of Victoria's landcarers. La Gerche's vision for the future and enduring efforts were formally recognised when Sawpit Gully Nursery and Plantation area was listed as a Heritage Place in the Victorian Heritage Registe on 14 November 2014.
