Amazing Grace的点评
点评：When we arrived for dinner there was no one to greet us and was not an obvious way to go to the restaurant.
When we did encounter someone she just pointed in a general direction to the table for us and we had to clarify which table she meant. She did not explain how to order, you could order at the bar or via a QR code. They did bring over some menus but again did not explain how to order.
I had to ask about a menu item as I am coeliac and needed to have gluten free. The waitress said it would be ok however I was not convinced and asked her if she could ask the chef to confirm. When she came back she confirmed that it would not be gluten free. I had asked about adding the calamari to the Greek salad so I asked if I could have it with the garlic prawns instead.
We ordered at the bar.
The music in the restaurant was really loud and I was struggling to hear the conversation with my friends seated across the table from me.
The garlic prawns came out first and I said that they were supposed to be in the Greek salad which arrived a minute later. The other meals we ordered were the pork ribs and the flathead tails and the cheesy garlic pizza which arrived a few minutes later.
At this point we had to ask for cutlery! Did they expect us to eat with our hands?
The food was very tasty and good portions so that saved the meal.
The service was virtually nonexistent and the music was way too loud for dinner service.
Disappointed as I have been wanting to try this restaurant for the last year and I don’t think we will go back.
