What a façade!
The Benev Spa的点评
点评：With such a beautiful venue and such a high price tag for a massage, I had high expectations. I thought my experience would live up to the façade, but sadly, it was all a façade.
The venue itself is stunning, the experience is lovely, the massage….good, but questionable at times.
The disappointments- cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. The quilt cover on the massage bed was filthy, the bottom, practically black! I question how often these are cleaned. Clearly rarely, which is bad enough on its own, let alone during a high transmission Covid phase.
Then, the towel on massage table, appeared clean, but as I lay on it, I could smell some one else’s perfume! I am absolutely appalled that a place like this, charging such high prices for a “luxury” experience. Reusing towels is not only unhygienic, it is a basic expectation from ANY massage. I just hope the client before me didn’t have Covid.
