点评：Loved exploring San Pancho but this stop was a bad one.
Four of us stopped and ordered snacks and drinks and left tips at the counter. After everyone else had received their order and my smoothie failed to appear I asked about it and I didn't understand the spanish answer but I did understand that I was virtually snarled at for even asking. Then the blender noise started-they had apparently forgotten it.
As we ate our small/medium dog sat quietly at our feet. We wanted to offer her some water but didn't see a dog bown inside so we thought we could probably put some water in one of our used saucers for her. My husband asked about some water to put in the saucer and you would have thought he had threatened to bomb the shop.
The proprietor responded very angrily that such an idea was unsanitary and uncivilized. My husband responded, "I assume you wash the dishes." That just fueled the fire-she acted like she wanted to kick him out-saying," I have a bucket of water outside".
I took the dog outside to get her some water and of course there was no bucket anywhere. I went back inside to let them know and she simply insisted there was one.
By that time I was tired of being yelled at so I said I wanted my tip back and reached for it but the server hit my hand. Enough is enough, I left.
But no, that is not enough. The proprietor followed me outside, accused me of stealing tips, told me she was going to post my photo... blah, blah, blah.
I have traveled throughout Mexico ever since I was a child and never met such an angry person.
