点评：All went a little bit suboptimal this morning.
We checked reviews and this place sounded great. Lovely friendly staff. Tea arrived promptly. And then we waited, and waited...and waited. It was over an hour between ordering and arrival of our breakfasts this morning. I appreciate that sometimes things go wrong, sometimes staff are off. But there was zero communication. When we ordered there was already chaos starting - nothing was said that there would be a significant delay in our food being cooked. When multiple people were asking for their money back due to the delay - nothing was said to us. At the very least an apology would have been a start. But nothing. Another pot of tea would have been a token gesture since we had drunk our tea an hour before our breakfast arrived. Nothing. And when the breakfast did arrive it was barely tepid. At this point, we just ate and left.
Sorry, but we were really disappointed. Communication and management of difficulty really needs improvement.
