Just Steak的点评
点评：We have been going to just steak for years and we have always been so impressed with the quality of food and the atmosphere. Unfortunately this is no longer the case.
Our party of 10 got there for around six and were told we couldn't all fit at one table we had to split up which was fine. However, we were sat so we couldn’t see each other…even though there was a table opposite which would have been logical but the system said they couldn’t.
After we ordered our drinks we were told that the kitchen has stopped talking orders because they were “overwhelmed”. Everyone was starving and thinking we should just go elsewhere.
Eventually someone did take our order but very loudly commented on how they were going to get a lot of Sh#t for it and explained how awful the kitchen staff has been with the front of house…They did call them all d#@k head’s which I understood their frustration but as a customer I felt it was highly inappropriate. I really don’t need to know the management issues currently going on a just steak.
After all that waiting around food did get to us eventually we asked for extra sauce it didn’t come, no mention of extra chips for the people that ordered steaks and we didn't even get offered any popcorn on arrival but we were all just past it, it just wasn’t the quality that we were expecting.
We ended our experience at half 9 feeling very disappointed to say the least. A very bizarre experience. We wouldn’t recommend or book again in a hurry.
