Clean accommodation. Disappointing hospitality
Blairmore Farm的点评
点评：Having seen the great reviews for Blairmore we were looking forward to our stay. The accommodation itself was to a very lovely standard and very clean. Unfortunately during our stay the hot water stopped working. We completely understand that these things can happen and it is most often outwith the hosts’ control. What was disappointing was Blairmore’s response to this. It was almost 3 hours before we got hot water again for a shower and that was after us contacting them 3 times with no effort from the staff in between these times to check if the issue had resolved.
The website also gives the impression that there is a lot of farm activities on offer but we didn’t really know how to take advantage of these when we were there. It might be useful to provide a small map and information sheet on arrival to help with this.
Finally, for four star accommodation I was disappointed to be asked to strip our beds prior to check-out, especially as check out is at 10 am and check in is at 4pm.
