Disappointing Experience and No Response to Complaint
Deep Sea World的点评
点评：We visited Deep Sea World with high expectations, especially as it’s promoted as Scotland’s National Aquarium. Sadly, the experience was deeply disappointing.
While the initial section of the aquarium was reasonably well-maintained, things quickly deteriorated when we reached the main attraction – the walk-through tunnel. The glass inside the tunnel was extremely dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time, making it very difficult to enjoy the marine life. It’s meant to be the highlight of the visit, but instead it felt neglected and poorly maintained.
It left us questioning the welfare of the animals, which is not something you want to feel in a place dedicated to marine life. We ended up leaving after just 38 minutes.
I sent a detailed email outlining these concerns to Deep Sea World almost three weeks ago and have had no response at all. That silence is almost as disappointing as the visit itself.
