点评：First time for a takeaway, decided on delivery and the website said 60 minutes. When nothing has arrived and the countdown clock had ended, we phoned to check. The response was unhelpful and rude, but we did learn that our order hadn’t been started yet. When we asked if collecting would be quicker, the answer was that it would take another 50 minutes, but then a driver apparently came in, so they’d start on our order immediately.
The delivery clock then reset to another 30 minutes. The food did arrive after 90 minutes, but although very hungry by then, we were immediately disappointed.
The mixed starters were poor: empty spring rolls, dry ribs, greasy prawn toast. The mains were indistinguishable, despite being very different dishes, and all in the same sweet, gooey sauce and with huge chunks of red pepper, onion and carrot. The chicken balls were coated in thick and semi-raw batter. Only the chips and rice were good.
Most of the food went into the bin and we’ll never order from here again
