Lovely location. Average hotel and dinner
高地酒店的点评
点评：We stayed at the Heights and also had dinner on the Saturday night.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, unfortunately we found everything average.
It started with the check in. Friendly enough but not quite on point. When we asked what time breakfast was we were told it’s on the card she’d given us, pointing it out whilst reading it. Wouldn’t it have been easier and nicer to just have told us? Was had to ask for directions to our room.
Our room, for the price we paid, was average. We were unlucky to be on the ground floor with a view of the car park, but a typical Premier Inn room is bigger and more modern. The shower was very good though.
Our dinner on Saturday was, again, average. My wife was not impressed with her mushroom starter, which she said was cold and tasteless. She also said her mains with Fillet steak, was either not fillet or a bad cut, as she did not eat most of the steak. My prawn cocktail starter and chicken main was ok, nothing more.
The view from the restaurant is stunning.
Breakfast was, again, average. We were not directed to a seat so did not take the Reserved seats by the windows. Half way through we were told we were in the wrong seats and the reserved seats were for the breakfast guests, us, even though I’d given our room numbers.
The buffet was again average. They also were slow in replenishing the friend eggs and the croissants were tiny.
We eat out a lot and often stay in various hotels. As I said previously this stay was average.

早餐又一次很普通。没有人引导我们入座，所以我们没选靠窗的预留座位。吃到一半，他们告诉我们坐错了，预留的座位是给我们吃早餐的客人——也就是我们——的，尽管我已经提供了房间号。
自助餐又一次很普通。他们补充鸡蛋的速度也很慢，羊角面包也小巧。
我们经常在外面吃饭，也经常住不同的酒店。正如我之前所说，这次的住宿很普通。
