点评:This is the second time I have brought my elderly mother in to eat here. The first time we had not booked and the female waitress was so rude. Literally as we entered, she abruptly pointed out that my mother would have to leave her mobility walker by the entrance (before she had even been able to get to the table). She claimed that there wasn't room in the restaurant for this and didn't enquire if it folds up. Bearing in mind, at that point, we were the only people there. I had to explain that she couldn't walk without it and I would fold it up and keep it out the way. The waitress grumbled about how busy she was and had been and we should have booked. We were keen to just eat and leave the horrible atmosphere. We did not feel welcomed at all. Today, we returned and the same thing happened with the same waitress. We had booked this time. On entering again the waitress told us we would have to leave the walker at the entrance. Again, I insisted that my mother needed to keep her walker near her and we would collapse it and keep it out of the way. I'm aghast at this attitude towards people with mobility difficulties and lack of sensitivity and inclusivity. This woman is clearly not happy in her job and Longs needs to address their approach to the disabled. I will never return. I feel sorry for other customers experiencing this passive aggressive waitress and colleagues who have to work with her in this environment.
