点评：Booked 3 rooms in January for a one night stay while walking the coast path. Spoke to them about 5 weeks before we stayed to check they did food in the evening and discovered that one of the rooms we had booked was ‘out of action’. She said she could make up a sofa bed in one of the other rooms I had booked so 2 of us could share and that someone would ring me back. No one did. I rang them, allegedly a note was out on the booking system about the sofa bed.
Two weeks later I started getting scam emails via booking,com asking me to revering my credit card. I didn’t. Contacted the property who only thought it was a scam.
5 days before we were due to stay they cancelled the room. They knew we were on a walking holiday so life would be difficult if they did. Thankfully the pace we had booked in Weymouth was able to accommodate us for the extra night at short notice.
