Disappointed.
The Ilchester Arms Hotel的点评
点评：Myself and a group of my friends and family came here for a roast on Sunday after a lovely walk around the surrounding area.
I was surprised to find the place fairly empty when I arrived.
I don't feel as though they were prepared to receive any number of guests, which I think would be strange for a Sunday lunch time, even though we had booked in too.
They brought the roast dinners out bit by bit, giving us all an initial plate of meat and literally 3 potatoes, a ball of stuffing and a very dense Yorkshire pudding. The veg came out sporadically and so did the gravy. We had to ask for more of both as there simply was nowhere near enough for us all.
By the time we got enough veg and gravy, our food was cold.
I'll be honest, I was disappointed. Its such a lovely pub and so perfectly located, I frankly expected it to be so much better.
The staff however, were very friendly and accommodated where they could.
