点评：Up to last year, the staff were generally friendly and efficient even though there were a few mistakes now and again. However, in the last twelve months, the service at McDonalds Omni Park has deteriorated drastically, There are always items on the menu which are unavailable, especially milkshakes and most orders at the drive thru always have something missing. My latest visit was the worst. Once again, no milkshakes and most deserts unavailable. We then waited an unusually long time in the queue at the drive thru and when we finally approached the serving hatch we could clearly see in the side window the reason for the delay. The staff member in question was engaged in heavy banter and fun with other members of the staff in the background. Putting our items into a brown paper bag was a very drawn out process done in between jokes etc. When we pulled in at the hatch door, I politely complained about her behaviour and got no response other than a dirty look. When I asked was everthing in the bag, she confirmed the order was complete. I drove away and discovered too late that a double quarter pounder was missing from the order and instead we had a box of twenty chicken nuggets which we hadn't ordered. We also had no straws, no milk, no sugar, no coffee stirers or salt with the order and the chips and other burger were barely lukewarm. Unfortunately, we could not return and get the order rectified. Instead, i have tried to find out who has the francise for Omni and in the proces I discovered these reviews. Whoever is the francise owner of this branch of McDonalds is obviously not reading or caring about these reviews as out of 19 review, sixteen are terrible.
