点评：Filthy. Sells out of date food. Inept. Rude Management. Understaffed. No idea how to do refunds.
Usually a drive through customer and my order are never complete or correct so I ordered in the restaurant. What a SHIZZLE show this place is. Food was out of date and when I requested a refund I was debited again instead of being credited.
Customers need to stop spending hard earned money in this place until standards in the kitchen and restaurant improves-only a matter of time before someone is made ill from the lack of hygiene and inept stock control.
Head office offered a replacement meal “as a gesture of goodwill” no thank you very much….I’d rather my money back!
I hope the HSE takes a visit and a walk around the kitchens, shocking standards in bathrooms and the shambles of bins and the hordes of flies that live in them, tables, sticky and wet floors and mucky trays that peoples food are thrown upon.
