Fairfield Inn & Suites Sevierville Kodak的点评
点评：checked in on a wednesday night late. Room was small, muggy, bathroom
floor was dirty and had grout missing in several places. closet door was the loudest door I’ve ever heard in my life when opening and closing. we couldn’t use it. My wife said she couldn’t stay here and we went downstairs. Told Michael at front desk our issues and he was apologetic. offered some bonus points and said to speak to samantha in morning and talk more with her. hotel was sold out and we could not switch rooms. In morning spoke to samantha. she offers to switch rooms but said it would be a few hours. We would not be there all day and basically had no choice but to stay in the room we had. Came back later that night at 7:00pm and asked to change then but everything was sold out.
next day we asked to check out a day early. I booked this hotel based on tripadvisor reviews and most times tripadvisor is correct.
This time they were not. Rooms are very small. TV did not work properly. Pillows were terrible. Breakfast options were the worst Ive seen at a fairfield inn. electrical outlets did not all work to charge devices.
Positives
Close to highway, beds were actually comfortable, pool was clean.
I would never be convinced to stay here again.
On a side note, when we asked to check out a day early and hen leaving that morning, never were we asked how our stay was. I suspect they knew.
