点评：Just, well, my parents used to love this place. I haven't been since my dad passed. My mom and my adult daughter enjoyed their sandwiches. They very kindly brought me takeout and desserts to share. Different people have different tastes, so this part is a matter of taste- the salmon was okay, the slaw tasted like pickle and onion, some people probably like it that way, and the mac and cheese was kind of bland but also tasted like onion or garlic powder. I think up there on the interstate people are just glad to get a warm bite to eat. Desserts- the key lime pie was the usual condensed milk egg yolks key lime juice nice and tart. It was a big generous slice, definitely for sharing. Whoever cut it must have been trying to make up for the apple walnut cobbler. The cobbler was a big chunk of thick hard pie crust, about 20 dry walnut halves, about 4 bites of apple and some cinnamon sugar. It definitely wasn't cobbler. So... if you're on the interstate and really hungry, just order carefully. We are local. I'd like to go back to a place my dad used to enjoy but I probably won't, or I'll get a sandwich.
