点评：Absolutely horrendous service from the second we walked into the building. Unfriendly, unfriendly, unfriendly and poorly trained staff.
Hardly anyone in the restaurant and waited such a long time for a server to come to us, all while an older female manager was socializing with an apparent friend, as the two continued, continued to show each other photos on cell phones. The people behind us were complaining about the time it took to get drinks, wanting to leave it was taking so long, all while the manager was playing with her phone and photos.
The server never told us his name, was not nice or friendly in any capacity. He seemed to be doing us a favor by helping us, not us doing him and the restaurant a favor by wasting our money in there. Many times I told him thank you, with never a you’re welcome or any response, just walked away.
At this point, the manager woman was STILL playing with photos, showing them and seeing them with the other person. This went on at least 10-15 minutes. Manager lady, you need more and better training, a lot more common sense. You need to manage the restaurant and play with your pals later, especially when your servers are not good and unfriendly. The exact date was January 6, 2024 at around 5:30, so whoever was the older female manager……
The food…..definitely not worth the price we paid for it, but a whole lot better than the service and the cell phone picture shower.
Thinking about going to dinner at O’Charleys? Go to a different location than Turkey Creek in Knoxville because you will be looked down upon for bothering them!
Better training is a must for this poor restaurant.
