Authentic California Mexican Grill的点评
点评：A great place to eat. My family goes often and it is always a good experience. The owner is very personable and welcoming. I am not a gregarious person but I often see the owner and other diners engaged in enjoyable conversation. His service is impeccable.
The food here is outstanding. I come from the Central Valley in CA and it reminds me of the Mexican places I visited as a child. Whoever is cooking understands seasoning very well. Nothing is ever boring or bland.
The way I like to test Mexcian restaurants is with a combo of some sort. A lot of lazy places have one spice blend and fill every item from the same bin of meat. Not so here, each item has a unique flavour which I greatly appreciate. Try the enchiladas supremas to see what I mean. 4 enchilads and each one has it's own flavour.
I was surprised and joyous to find such good quality Mexican food here in Kingsport. When I moved here from out west I expected to find only run of the mill commercial Mexican food.
If you're a Mexican food aficionado you will appreciate Authentic California Mexican Grill.
