点评：Last night my husband and I asked for a booth. We were taken to a booth all right. The table rocked like the May Flower (no exaggeration! A drink would never have had it through!) and, sitting correctly in the booth, we were each about a foot and a half from the table! We asked to be moved. The waitress was happy to do so. She was kind. The decor was obviously nice, once upon a time, but it has not been tended to in a while. The meal was okay. I could barely find the soft shell crab that was supposed to be in it, let alone taste it—but the overall flavor was acceptable. I asked for my dessert to be hot, rather than just warm. I pictured a fresh warm cookie but got two crunchy-hard store-bought cookies, obliterated by whipped cream. The hot part, brownie, was not even in it when it came to the table! Had to ask again for that. So, okay. Wasn’t particularly offended, just a bit annoyed.
Then we received the bill. My gin gimlet was $19! That is $5 more than I have paid anywhere in the Tri Cities! And we frequent Timber, Juniper, Cafe One 11, and many other nicer establishments. There is only gin, lime juice, and simple syrup in a gin gimlet! It tasted no better than any other gin gimlet I’ve ever had! I decided then and there that I will not be returning. You are off our list!
Then we received the bill. My gin gimlet was $19! That is $5 more than I have paid anywhere in the Tri Cities! And we frequent Timber, Juniper, Cafe One 11, and many other nicer establishments.
