点评：I have stayed here many times in the past about two weeks a year for the past four years. Tonight I went to get a snack from the front desk and there was no one present. I waited approximately five minutes during that time another customer came and waited along with me. We decided to step behind the desk and knock on the wall to see if anyone was home. The employee that was working in the Desk came out and scolded me for stepping behind the counter. I explained we’ve been waiting for approximately five minutes, and he said I am not allowed to step behind the counter. Myself and the other customer left our items on the counter and walked away. It was very disappointing and unprofessional. His name is Anthony and at no point did he try to fix the situation. I was amazed at his lack of professionalism. I also went to the bistro the night prior and the night of and saw no one there. I wanted to order food but didn’t see anyone to take my order.
