点评：Worst experience and service ever by any Mugg n Bean.
The waiter got distracted all the time. Couldn't fullfill our table's order without attending to neighbouring table at the same time while taking our order. Forgot to place/bring one of our orders. On his way to fetch the juice he 'forgot' he got distracted again and stopped to chat with patrons at another table! I had to go and ask for straws and also teaspoon to use for stirring tea that he also did not bring. When asking him in respectful manner if he could please attend to us to finish our order as we have limited time left - as we told him when we were seated. (Orders for coffe and juice were placed and waiting time was more than 40 minutes....they were not as busy as usually) He raised his voice and in an aggressive and arrogant way started to shout at me. I demanded to see the supervisor and asked for another waiter. She apologised and went to our table herself. A pity that one waiter's incompetence and rudeness ruined our family's entire day. We decided not to order anything else. Employees are the ambassadors of their employee and place of work but unfortunately this waiter set a very bad example by his incompetence and rudeness.
