Commissary的点评
点评：Brought friends from out of town to this location on a Tuesday night. The greeter was dressed for skate boarding and barely acknowledged us. The server was rude, slow, and made some mistakes with our orders. The food was mostly inedible. Keep in mind that we love The Commissary in Germantown (except on Sunday nights). In Collierville, the full slab was totally dried out and hard; we ate only 3-4 ribs. The onion rings were fairly hot but very greasy. The pig chips were cold. The sweet potato sticks were cold, soggy, and inedible. The sides were clearly reheated and spooned into little plastic cups that were not even warm. The BBQ sandwiches were also not hot. It took 20 minutes at least before we could even order drinks, and the restaurant only had about 6 tables busy. Had to wait 40 minutes for this very bad food. Left most of it uneaten. We were so embarrassed that this was our friends’ experience with Memphis BBQ and Memphis “ hospitality”.
