点评:We have been long time Bonvoy members and have several hundred nights in Marriott hotels. We choose Marriott brands for a reason. Unfortunately the stay at this property was less then the expected level of service we are used to. We booked with our AAA membership and when we arrived at the property since we did not have the physical plastic card (showed proof of membership and receipt from our membership) we had to cancel our reservation and rebook at a higher rate. The front desk agent had to even call the manager after rebooking to see if the property would even honor the new higher rate we booked on the Marriott app. She even seemed confused concerning the Marriott app. We have never in all of our Marriott stayed experienced this issue. I guess fortunately the manager said she was not going to charge us for the forced cancelation due to not having the plastic AAA card on us. Something so simple that ended up costing us 20 more could have been a easy fix with all the proof we provided but ended up being a show in the lobby as the crowd grew around the desk as we were denied the room and then having to basically beg for the new online rate to be honored in front of all the other guests waiting to check in. All while my kids watch on as this is all happening.
