点评:Memorable and unique! Flavorbursts that cause my mouth to water just thinking of our meal. I travel US extensively with emphasis for local dining and this topped my list. I seek small, lovingly run establishments and give extra points if I feel I am transported to another country. Bela Lisboa ticked all my boxes. First time to cook my own meal on a hot table stone. Oh the fragrances and flavors of the chimichuri on elk! The buttery scallops were sheer perfection. The elk flavorful and unique with perfectly paired sides. Daughter’s chicken entree had delicious flavors but chicken was a bit tough. The paella made us mmmmm with each mouthful. Each mussel, clam and shrimp tender. My glass of wine that the owner chose to accompany my meal was exquisite. I’d read that the white port was delicious and it was that and more! A sip with the lavender blueberry cake moistened and added to it. I look forward to returning next visit and hope to bring the rest of our family to enjoy also.
