希尔顿欢朋酒店-斯皮尔菲什的点评
点评：Had to wait 20 minutes for the desk clerk to come to the desk for check in ( she never once that evening was actually behind the desk )and once I saw a guest , after waiting for apparently quite a while, yell to the back that he'd like to get something. When she did appear, she seemed surly and absolutely blank, like she'd had her botox injection that morning.
The room was clean, but there were
NO hooks, bars, etc. for towels- you could hang wet towels on the chair, I guess, but no where else. Given the current PC climate, its surprising no one has called them out because there's no way to not require newly laundered towels each day. Room was what we asked for but not where ( which floor or location on the floor. Break fast was the standard "free" breakfast, but I still am wondering what the sausage looking patties actually were. Used to like this brand, but like other's it has deteriorated.
