However, the prices on the menu with the $3 coupon were raised by $3, so no difference if you ordered for $30 or less.
The one big issue I have with this restaurant is that the menu states that delivery was free, which triggered us to order in instead of going out to grab food there or elsewhere, especially since there are several places just a 1-minute drive away. When I called the restaurant about the erroneous credit card charge (there was also a discrepancy in the application of the 10% coupon - a $43.97 order before tax was discounted by $1.90), I was transferred three times and explained the situation to four different people. I was advised that I was mistaken, and that the free delivery only applied to catering orders. Well, you be the judge of that. I’ll attach a screenshot of the menu. Let me know where I was wrong and interpreted the menu incorrectly. Also, the manager that I talked to (he was the third person I spoke to) was very upset and reacted annoyed when I asked if the $4.99 delivery charge applied to every delivery as I wanted to mention it in my review, so other customers don’t make the same assumption or “mistake” I made. I’m not sure why one has to be upset about people leaving a review, especially if all the facts are true.
So, to sum up: excellent pizza, which deserves a 5-star review, but strange methods of charging people - just not upfront and honest, and staff that may have had just a bad evening. Maybe that guy will have a better day tomorrow.
