点评:When we arrived at 11:15, I went to the front desk where the lady came out from the back acting like I was an inconvenience for her. I asked her if I could check in early because we came 4 hours away. She said they didn’t have any rooms ready. She said to call the front desk at 1:30 and they may have one ready by then. I responded “ok well can we go to the waterpark in the mean time? And do we get a discount for staying there?” She said “yes you can go to the waterpark but no you can’t have the discount until you check in.” Which wasn’t until 1:30 (MAYBE). She was rude and inattentive. The other gentlemen next to her said we’d have to wait as well even though we had reservations. The discount is 20%/person and yes for 5 of us, we wanted the discount. So it’d be about $20 off. My husband asked the gentleman behind the desk kindly if we could go to the waterpark and then come back to check in and receive a discount. He said no you have to check in first. We decided to walk to the waterpark from there (which was convenient) and check it out then see if they’ll sell us our tickets with our hotel discount. She was very overwhelmed and said “after the day I’m having, I don’t freaking care. So yes.” THANK YOU TO HER EVEN THO SHE WAS STRESSED OUT cuz our 3, 5 and 7 year old would not be able to wait a couple hours. The hotel staff was not accommodating or kind in any way from the moment I walked through the doors. Also the side doors to the hotel are loud and cause your room door to wiggle and jiggle like someone is trying to get into the room. That was annoying. I was very disappointed and unimpressed. We won’t be back.
