点评：The hotel itself was clean, and taken care of, but the manager, Margot, was an absolute NIGHTMARE. We stayed here for a stay and play soccer tournament. We booked through our travel team. We had to put a deposit down on our room through travel teams and it was supposed to be withdrawn from the total of the room. My bank ended up canceling our card due to it being compromised, but fortunately we brought cash with us. We were planning on paying cash for our room, which the hotel was aware of. There was no manager on staff while we were there, until Sunday when we checked out. The manager, Margot, refused to look at my documents and receipts, which had the amount due at hotel on it. I also had bank statements to show the money had actually been taken out of our account. Margot proceeded to interrupt me raising her voice to talk over me, until she was flat out yelling at me in the lobby. I said she didn’t need to yell and be rude I just wanted her to work with me and help me figure out what was going on. She said I was being rude by “ showing her my phone” which was where all the documents were. She refused to listen to what I was trying to say and said she was just going to charge our card on file, which, again, our bank had canceled due to it being compromised. She then said her sales department would be contacting me. It was the most embarrassing, and unprofessional experience my family and I have ever had. Margot, I really hope today was just a bad day for you, and I hope there are repercussions for your behavior.
