点评：This was my first, and it will be my last. Not one to frequent fast food but I was hungry and figured I'd zip through. I ordered a Swiss and mushroom combo. The person on the speaker, with a heavy latino accent, asked what size? Not sure what she meant I asked her what she meant. (I dont frequent these places). She BARKS ate me "WHAT SIZE COMBO!" Again, I asked what size what? She barks again, WHAT SIZE? I'm confused. How many combo sizes are there (???).. She then says SODA. Ahhh... I told her medium. When I drove to the window, the girl tells me to wait then slams the window closed. Finally, I get to ask her face to face (this wasn't the screamer, Laniella, whose name I learned from the spanish speaking girl that could hardly say the word ketchup, btw) ...anyway, I ask her how many size combos are there? Then!! Laniella comes to the window and I ask her the same question. She said... I told you, soda and fries.. I said, no you didn't. She walked away muttering and shuts the window and since they have my CC I couldn't drive off. I finally get my card and food and I tell her... she has no right treating customers the way she treats her brats!! I was livid. I'm sill calling the owner of that franchise. This is my first and last EVER. That woman should NOT be dealing with the public. She was so nasty, I even checked to see if she spit on my burger.
