Amenity fee charged without consent as they have a “fitness center” and closed pool

点评：It appears they did an update at this hotel, but it was not a good makeover. Paint all over walls and never cleaned up. Furniture was not updated. Photos are not true. Don’t expect any of the amenities they picture to be found in your room.
Minimalist at best breakfast food not cooked well raw potatoes under cooked ham.
They charge without your knowledge, and not listed in the Hilton website, a $3 a night”Amenity” charge for having a pool and fitness center. I called the question to charge and the manager stated to me sister to what resorts have we charge three dollars for the use of our pool and fitness center. I stated I didn’t use either and she’s up with his but we always charge.
I informed her that it doesn’t state discharge on the website and she stated it should. We’ve been doing this for two years. Essentially, they are scamming people out an additional three dollars even if the pools closed on top of it.
In speaking with several town people and a police officer, they said there are better and safer places to stay in town.
