Adequate but barely.
舒适酒店及套房斯帕坦堡北的点评
点评：Looking at amenities (breakfast included, no smoking, & pet free) and upon reviews, we made our reservation. Before arriving I was unable to reach the hotel via phone (using the number on the reservation confirmation) but got a recording stating I was # 31 in line.
Arriving and noticing the parking lot was sparsely occupied, I entered and was cheerfully greeted by Monique who politely checked us in & issued our room key cards. She also stated she had received no calls!
The facility was obviously aged. Although basically clean, bits of debris were seen in the carpet leaving me to think that think a stronger vacuuming was needed. The furniture in our room was scarred in numerous places, the ice bucket had no lid, and there was no luggage stand nor clothing bag in the room. The bathroom and entryway lights were on automatic switches ~ the bathroom’s light had to be switched manually and the one for the entryway could not be turned permanently off. Therefore, we had to cover it so that when getting up in the night the light did not come on. The beds were comfortable and restful.
We found the breakfast to be fairly basic but the eggs & sausage Pattie’s were cooked & hot. The only napkins in sight were pre-wrapped with utensils so that for every napkin needed you had to get the whole package.
