点评：We went to dinner at Cracker Barrel because we wanted something close to the hotel after a 9+ hour drive. Once we were seated, it took 15+ minutes before our waitress greeted us. It took another 10+ minutes to get waters. We ordered an appetizer but about 30 minutes later, our dinner came out and we were told our appetizer was coming. I asked the waitress if she could just not have the appetizer made and to just take it off order because we didn’t need it after our dinner already came out. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away with an attitude and refused to come back to the table. She wouldn’t refill my water so another waitress had to come help us. Not sure if it was just a bad night for her but it appeared that they were short staffed and no one had their act together. It was so disorganized and service was so slow. Management should do more to help things flow and remind staff to be courteous.
