点评：I went to Egg’s Up off 38th in early November 2024 for breakfast while in MB for vacation. There is plenty of parking since it is located in a strip mall. There is a medium amount of seating inside and I can see how it could get crazy on-season here. I was greeted and seated right away. The restaurant was about half full. Based on what I saw, I can believe the other comments about chaos when it’s really busy. Service was a little disorganized and a little slow even now. I ordered the Homestead Platter, which was a TON of food. It came pretty quickly and was hot and cooked the way I asked. My only complaint was that the sausage and the grave were a little salty. My waitress did not return very often. I was not offered a refill on my water and I had to flag her down to get the check. I was overall satisfied and would probably return, but plan on a little extra time there.
