Pie Eyed Parrot Happy Hour Cruise的点评
点评：The cruise itself is not bad, but the service, food, and cocktails were ALL terrible. The cruise is way overbooked, and there are not enough servers to handle the load. They were rude (except Sidney), and you could absolutely tell that the issues they were were having, were not new to them. We bought drinks with double shots, and when we received them, you could taste no alcohol at all. When going to the bartender to tell her very politely that the drink was not acceptable, she became irate and told us that everything was pre-measured, and basically that they don't make mistakes.
They use an app to order the food and drinks, and the food orders were not only incorrect, but were charged to someone else on the boat. She insisted that she would not remake the drink, so I asked for her name (which she gave me an incorrect name) and I asked to speak to the owner, his name was Todd. Speaking with him was like talking to a disrespectful teenager. He refused to correct the drink orders and could care less about the customer's opinion. I found out through several locals and the restaurants that they use wine-based liquor, but do not state that on their menus. I also found out that the bartender was his wife. I guess she really runs the boat. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS CRUISE!
