点评：Very pleased to find this Pho restaurant in Myrtle Beach… they hit all the numbers… sliced jalapeño, sprouts, and fresh basil… although you often get more of all that than what Pho Claire does at many Viet Pho joints. And they did not provide a special dish to add the Sriracha and Hoisin sauce; but I could use the plate the other stuff came on. Everybody loves those little dipping plates sold at Asian stores. I had the deluxe Pho with all the different meat choices and I would do it again. The only reason they have a 4 instead of a 5 is 1) the broth is really really good AND it is still not that “stellar” quality you might get from a real good pho joint… maybe I am a little picky on that…. Still worth another trip … and … 2) disappointed to see their chosen sriracha replacement that is not “pure” like Huy Fong. This version has MSG… and it should not need it… and of course it is hard to replicate the original stuff it is trying to copy. They should throw all these bottles out and find a better replacement if hard to get Huy Fong brand. Great waiter! Thanks Austin.
