Quality Props, but a puzzle error ruined our experience!

点评：We did the Atlantis Room. The room and the props were good and the multiple rooms was fun. They didn't provide a white board and marker, which would have been SUPER helpful. Also, one part of one of the puzzles was incorrect and after spending around 15 minutes trying to figure out what we were doing wrong even with asking for clues, our time finally ran out. I showed the worker the error and he fully acknowledged it was wrong and said they would fix it for the next group. They didn't offer us more time or money back for that error. Finally, we fully agree with the person who said that one puzzle toward the end has way too many options that could be correct and no way of knowing if they aren't...too much luck involved in that one. First room in over 50 rooms where we've been that frustrated. Finally, there's a bunch of large metal vases on the floor that constantly get knocked over. Glue those suckers down, guys.
