点评：This place is now known as Blue Sky Restaurant. We stopped in a little after 8:00 on a Saturday morning and the parking lot was pretty full but plenty of open tables and no wait to be seated. The server arrived immediately and took our drink and food orders. There is an extensive menu with lots of breakfast options. My wife had the Spring House Special with scrambled eggs and bacon. The pancakes were excellent with a great taste. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the bacon was excellent. I had the Breakfast Skillet with hash browns and whole wheat toast and eggs over easy. A very tasty combination of hash browns with breakfast meats, onions, and peppers and topped with two perfectly cooked eggs and lots of tasty Hollandaise sauce and it was very good. The server was friendly and efficient and kept our coffee cups filled. Based on the conversations, the majority of the customers were locals who were frequent customers. The total was $ 21 and a great experience. We will definitely go back on our next visit to Garden City.
