点评:This was our 41st wedding anniversary and my wife's 69th birthday, we booked a week. The hotel is in extreme disrepair. Half the elevators out of order and two spots of black mold on the ceiling. A former Marriott, this hotel does not live up to Hilton Luxury standards. The staff barely understands english, so we constantly repeated ourselves. Front desk manager was rude and uncaring. The AC in my room broke day one. Vijay tried to give me a room with a FOLD OUT COUCH! Then instead of our ocean view premium room, he put us in a room with a view of a roof. I used loyalty points to book this week and was STILL CHARGED A RESORT FEE even though the Hilton website says if you pay with points, there's no fee. Generally my celebration was ruined by the front desk manager. I have spent lots of time at Hiltons, from NY to Miami and LA... this hotel does not deserve to be called Hilton.
