点评：Despite being only 3 hours from the Atlantic Ocean and living in an area full of great restaurants, lobster dinners are hard to come by and we were hankering for one. After searching on line, we chose Chophouse 47 knowing the friends love the place. We split a 3 lb. lobster with crab stuffing, which came on the side. We also ordered steak fries and roasted brussels sprouts. We were surprised when the lobster arrived so quickly, but it turns out they are broiled at high temp, not boiled. In our opinion, having eaten many a lobster dinner in Maine and elsewhere, the taste of broiled can't compare to properly boiled, so we found the taste and texture disappointing. The subtlety of flavor just wasn't there. That said, the lobster was prepared for us tableside vs. breaking it apart ourselves. Everything else was yummy and plentiful (no sides actually accompany the lobster). Our server, Anthony, was fantastic. It's not an inexpensive place, but the banquette seating was comfy, the background music great, and we would definitely go back.
