点评:Avoid this place! Kid who helped me was extremely rude and refused to help when we brought an order issue. We had reordered a meal that we always get and the app stated it was a footlong 12" #18 BMT and listed meat below. When I arrived I was confused as to why the kid had asked me for what kind of bread I wanted. I stated the bread type and asked if he could also toast it. The order was first off late waited 10 minutes for it and when I recieved the sandwich and came home it was cold, just bread and meat??? When I had gone back to say that 80% of the ingredients were missing he immediately became defensive stating it wasn't listed the app is fine no one has had a problem. I had asked him then how did you know i wanted a 12" footlong if what you are stating i ordered just meat and what if the meat wasnt listed and it just said #18 BMT then what? Am i just ordering nothing or bread? Then he became combative not listening to what was being presented to him saying we can not help you I did what was written. Didnt even bother to say he didnt even toast my bread after I clearly asked and he said he got it. Asked if he could refund me the order or create a new correct order and he refused. Needless to say with two bad experiences at this place, we will not be going back to this subway
