Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings的点评
点评：UNSANITARY and was told there was no soap in the entire restaurant! How are employees using the bathroom and washing their hands before handling your food? My family and children just ordered 4 meals from Zaxby at the Dillon, SC location. Before eating, I took my 2 children into the bathroom and there was no soap, not even a soap dispenser. I kindly asked someone at the front for soap and told them that the women’s bathroom was out of soap, not even a dispenser and they laughed at me and said Zaxby’s was all out of soap. They literally laughed at me and told me Zaxby’s was out of soap! I had 3 employees laughing at me and rolling their eyes. It was bizarre! Isn’t this a health code violation? I was treated very poorly and will never eat at a Zaxby’s ever again. I will tell my friends and family how disgusting I was treated and not to mention how this is a health code violation. I am considering reporting this to DHEC! Just for the record, I’m 44 years old and have never once made an oral or written complaint about anything but this was just awful and these employees need to be retrained and educated on customer service and health code violations. I would have never complained about Zaxby’s being out of soap but to be laughed at and clearly see that Zaxby’s employees at the Dillon location have no desire to remedy the problem and put soap in the bathroom is disgusting and I hope that they learn to do better.
